Basically, King has resurrected Sherlock Holmes and provided him with a female counterpart, Mary Russell. I love it!
I recommend starting with the first book, Beekeeper's Apprentice.

See, you are my hero. I have not read ONE book since Jameson's birth! I don't have the time! So, tell me...how do you work full time, take care of 3 boys, clean, cook, AND read?! What am I doing wrong???
ReplyDeleteHa! I haven't even picked up a book since the night I gave birth. I just have hopes that I will be able to read at some point over the next few weeks.

Plus, Eric is really awesome about helping out. He has been giving the boys their bath in the evenings, taking out the trash, emptying the dishwasher, etc.

I don't have a housekeeper but I do have an awesome hubby that does all of that all too and I still don't see a good book in my near future.
